When you transfer money with Mangal Money Trasnfer, you will be prompted to select a delivery option. The options available are based on where your recipient is located.An you will get a pin number by which receiver can get payment.
The invoice offset process is a payment method we use specifically for sending money to Afghanistan, where normal banking systems are limited or unavailable.
Instead of transferring your money directly overseas, we match your payment to a verified trade transaction. For example, an Afghan importer may owe money to a exporter in China or India. When you send money to your recipient in Afghanistan, our local partner (Rameez MSP) pays your recipient, and we use your funds to settle the supplier’s invoice on behalf of that business.
We use invoice offsetting because banks in Afghanistan are often unable to receive international payments, due to international sanctions and lack of correspondent banking access.
Only if you are sending money to Afghanistan.If you’re sending money to other countries like India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, or China, your payment is processed through normal international bank routes and the invoice offset process does not apply.We will always tell you in advance if invoice offsetting applies to your transaction — and our trained staff can explain it clearly before you send any money.
